I used to kinda hate The Bunt, I thought it was kinda jockey... which it is, but I dunno I never vibed with it for the first few years. I always found myself steering toward The Nine Club, as it felt more genuine and more thought out.
However, we all now know, The Nine Club fucking sucks ass and The Bunt are true Übermensch. If you're not familiar with why The Nine Club are a bunch of sad sacks of shit, please refer to the included episode here where they make repeated excuses for Gator and refuse to acknowledge the lies and misinformation being spread by their guest, Mark Oblow.
Anyway, this isn't about how shit they are, it's about how fucking class The Bunt Jam was.
Taking a leaf out of the Dime Glory Challenge, The Bunt crew came through with the fire, supported by Vans.
I don't know what is in that Canadian water, but these guys have the best events known to man. The jam was hosted at Alexandra Park in Toronto, and did not disappoint, there was plenty of beers, a daft selection of challenges and a shit load of cash to be given out.
Curren Caples stole the show with a classic collection of vert wall moves, which you've probably seen a million times on your Instagram feed but if you've not, here you go.
There's a full recap on YouTube now, showing a ledge session and grass gap session (which Mason Silva killed, obviously), the best dunk competition and you can't forget the 3 on 3 basketball competition, which I won't spoil the result.
Check out the full recap below.
