Dime was founded in Montreal around 2005 by Antoine Asselin and Philippe Lavoie. From the the get go they were generally known for their video content & elevation of the Montreal Skate scene. This swiftly resonated to the physical store, stocking various other brands as well as their own. Dime has become a popular brand amongst the Global Skate scene as well as the connoisseur fashion & streetwear crowd.
In more recent years the Dime Glory Challenge & later addition Street Challenge have been a headliner in the Skateboarding World calendar attracting a star studded cast from around the globe. The challenges seem to grow creatively year on year with a very impressive set build along with inclining budget Cash incentives and Special effects, (lot of big cheques handed out).
